FLORIDA GHOST TEAM INC - LAKE WORTH PLAYHOUSE EVENT

Built in the early 1920's by the Oakley brothers, the Lake Worth Playhouse has been delighting audiences for many years and still produces great plays for everyone's enjoyment.

But there are other performances that are given for free....the hauntings. There have been numerous sightings of ghostly images and complaints of unexplainable noises. Items have been moved around in the dressing and prop rooms and sometimes if an actress or actor places an item down, they come back to find it moved or gone.

One occurrence was during a Spend the Night event where the participants witnessed a wagon wheel in the prop room rock back and forth on its own and another event in which a participant had something or someone touch them while alone in the bathroom. She left and never came back to finish the event.

Our own team members have witnessed countless forms, noises and shadows in the playhouse.

There are many areas that present an eerie feeling that someone or something is coming up right behind you and the sense that it is not something that is welcoming.
